SYNOPSIS:   Mentally Ill Person 300 block of Esther Street – A female was taken into custody under the Baker Act.  He was transported to Halifax Medical Center.

SYNOPSIS: Vandalism – 1001 South Dixie Freeway (New Smyrna Beach Library) – A female reported that a known male damaged her property. A Complaint Affidavit was completed charging the male with Vandalism.
