with a male asleep in his vehicle. The
officer observed pills in the vehicle and confirmed they were scheduled
narcotics. Keefer Grove, male, 27 years
old, was placed under arrest for Possession of Scheduled II and IV Narcotics. He was taken to the jail without
incident.

that someone stole his bicycle while he was inside the business. Information was collected and a report was
completed. The investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS: Felony Arrest – 518 Flagler Av. (Breaker’s) – An officer made
contact with a male and a female behind a closed business. A search of the male revealed that he was in
possession of Schedule II Narcotics and Paraphernalia. The male was also found to be on
probation. Erick Evans, male, 30 years
old, was placed under arrest for the contraband and violating his
probation. He was taken to the jail
without incident.
