SYNOPSIS:   Trespassers – 1704 S. Dixie Frwy. (McDonald’s) – The Manager stated that a group of juveniles were refusing to leave.  The juveniles were issued trespass warnings and left the area.

SYNOPSIS:   Suspicious Incident – 1015 10th St. (NSB High School) – The reporting person stated that her son saw a viral message on social media making a threat toward a school.  A specific school was not identified.  A report was completed and the investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Battery – 600 Greenlawn St. #20 – An officer responded for a fight between a male and a female.  The male fled the area prior to the police being notified.  After an investigation, charges were filed against George Costonde, male, 37 years old, for Simple Battery.

SYNOPSIS: Intoxicated Person – 100 N. Atlantic Av. (7-Eleven) – An officer made contact with a male who was too intoxicated to care for himself.  The male was taken in to protective custody under Marchman Act Criteria.  He was taken to Halifax Hospital without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Domestic Disturbance – 213 Crawford Rd. #1 – Officers responded for a disturbance between a male and a female.  After an investigation, it was determined that a crime did not occur.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – Newport Sound Place – Officers made contact with a male acting erratic.  After an investigation, the male was taken in to protective custody under Baker Act Criteria.  He was taken to Halifax Hospital without incident.
