SYNOPSIS:  Battery – 314 Sheldon St. – The reporting person stated that he was battered by another male, however he did not want to pursue criminal charges.  Information was collected and a report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – 300 Block Sheldon St. – An officer made contact with a female who made suicidal statements.  After an investigation, the female was taken in to protective custody under Baker Act Criteria.  She was transported to Halifax Hospital without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Robbery – 424 Luna Bella Ln. (Parking Lot) – The victim stated that he was robbed by an unknown male.  Information was collected and a report was completed.  The investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespasser – 1417 S. Dixie Frwy. (Dollar General) – The Manager of the business suspected that a female customer was trying to steal from the business.  Contact was made with the female and she did not have any stolen items.  At the request of the Manager, the female was issued a trespass warning.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespasser – 2335 S.R. 44 (Aldi) – Officers responded for a male causing a disturbance in the business.  The male was issued a trespass warning and left the area without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – N. Airport Rd. / Leonardo Ln. – After investigating a vehicle accident, a male involved in the accident challenged an officer to a fight and pushed the officer.  Robert Leary, male, 40 years old, was placed under arrest for Assault on an Officer, Battery on an Officer and Resisting Without Violence.  He was taken to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Warrant Arrest – South St. / Fairfax Av. – An officer conducted a traffic stop and discovered the passenger had an active warrant for her arrest for Dangerous Drugs.  The warrant was confirmed and Stacy Bowen, female, 40 years old, was placed under arrest.  She was taken to the jail without incident.
