SYNOPSIS: Misdemeanor Arrest – 39 Andrea. W/M Matthew L Kulhawik (29) was taken into custody for an active Orange County warrant, sell/deliver narcotics and import of cannabis. He was transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail with a total $6000 bond.

SYNOPSIS: Domestic Disturbance – 171 Slash Pine Ct. Male and his adult son were involved in an argument. There were no signs or claims of a physical altercation.

SYNOPSIS: Information – 2545 Auburn Av. Officers responded for an elderly female wandering. Contact was made with family members who took custody of the female. DCF was made aware of the incident.

SYNOPSIS: Burglary (residence) – 101 N Riverside Dr. Victim advised that unknown person(s) gaining entry into his residence overnight removing property (wallet).

SYNOPSIS: Deceased Person. Elderly female was discovered deceased by family members of what appears to be natural causes. Ongoing investigation.

SYNOPSIS: Felony Arrest – 615 3rd Av. H/F Justine L Rivera (25) was taken into custody for grand theft (possession of stolen vehicle) and driving while license suspended.  H/F Yaritza J Mota (29) was taken into custody for grand theft. Both subjects were transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail with a $3000 and $2500 bond respectively. The vehicle was removed from FCIC/NCIC as stolen.

SYNOPSIS: Domestic Disturbance - 1860 SR 44. Two females were involved in an argument. There were no signs or claims of a physical altercation. The two were trespassed from the business due to the disturbance at the request of management.
