SYNOPSIS:  Theft – 3176 S. Atlantic Avenue (Nautilus by the Sea) – An unknown person stole a bicycle from the location.  This is an ongoing investigation.

SYNOPSIS: Warrant – 27th Avenue Park – A male was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant.  He was also charged with Resisting Officer without Violence and Drug Possession.  He was transported to VCBJ.

 

CASE NUMBER: 191000034

SYNOPSIS: Sex Offence – 835 N. Dixie Freeway #3 (Tuscan Inn) – A 16 year old female runaway was recovered by the Flagler County Sherriff’s Department and she was turned over to DCF.  While in DCF custody, she told the DCF worker that she was sexually battered by an adult male at the Tuscan Inn back in August 2019. A report was taken to document this incident.

SYNOPSIS: Motor Vehicle Crash – S. Glencoe Road/SR44 – Two vehicles with major damage. One driver sustained minor injuries and the other driver sustained major injuries.  Both drivers were transported to the hospital by Rescue 50 and EVAC.  At fault driver was arrested for DUI.

SYNOPSIS: Disturbance – 1842 SR44 (McDonalds) – The manager and a customer got a verbal argument at the drive thru.  The customer stated, the manager threw a sandwich and hit her vehicle.  The customer stated, she does not want to press charges but wanted this incident documented.
