responded for a male making suicidal statements. After an investigation, the male was taken in
to protective custody under Baker Act Criteria.
He was transported to Halifax Hospital without incident.

on property he knew the male had been trespassed from. James Capozzi, male, 55 years old, transient,

incident.

Atlantic Av. (Best Western) – The reporting party stated that an unknown male
left a back pack at the business. The

driver was intoxicated. After an
investigation, Kevin Wagner, male, 61 years old, was placed under arrest for
Driving Under the Influence. He was
transported to the Jail without incident.
