SYNOPSIS:   Mentally Ill Person – 500 Block Canal St. – Officers responded for a male making suicidal statements.  After an investigation, the male was taken in to protective custody under Baker Act Criteria.  He was transported to Halifax Hospital without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – N. Dixie Frwy. / Lytle Av. – An officer observed a male on property he knew the male had been trespassed from.  James Capozzi, male, 55 years old, transient, was placed under arrest for Trespass After Warning.  He was transported to the Jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – 1401 S. Atlantic Av. (Best Western) – The reporting party stated that an unknown male left a back pack at the business.  The property was taken to the Police Department and stored for safekeeping.  A report was completed for documentation.

Dixie Frwy. – An officer conducted a traffic stop and discovered the driver was intoxicated.  After an investigation, Kevin Wagner, male, 61 years old, was placed under arrest for Driving Under the Influence.  He was transported to the Jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Information – 2114 Ocean Dr. – The reporting person stated that he believes someone took a package from his porch.  He wanted a report to document the incident and did not want to pursue criminal charges.
