SYNOPSIS:  Battery – 835 E. 24th Av. – The victim stated that a known female spit on him.  After an investigation, charges were filed against Betty Golding, female, 45 years old, for Simple Battery.

SYNOPSIS:  Domestic Disturbance – 551 Esther St. (Esther Park) – Officers responded for a disturbance between a male and a female.  After an investigation, it was determined that a crime did not occur.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Aggravated Assault – 720 S. Dixie Frwy. (Save A Lot) – The victim stated that he confronted an unknown male for stealing a beverage and the male threatened him with a knife.  The suspect then fled the area on a bicycle.  Information was collected and a report was completed.  The investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Warrant Arrest – 1972 S.R. 44 (AT&T) – An officer made contact with a male who had an active warrant for his arrest for violation of probation.  The warrant was confirmed and James Gilmer, male, 30 years old, was placed under arrest.  He was taken to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 571 Greenlawn St. – Officers responded for a disturbance between a male and a female.  After an investigation, Leon Foster, male, 65 years old, was placed under arrest for Battery on a Person 65 or older.  He was taken to the jail without incident.
