SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – S.R. 44 / I-95 – An officer responded for a vehicle accident with minor injuries.  The at-fault driver was suspected of being intoxicated.  After an investigation, Sean Patterson, male, 21 years old, was placed under arrest for DUI and DUI with Property Damage.  He was taken to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespasser – 2520 N. Dixie Frwy. (Bottom’s Up Club) – Officers responded for a male and female refusing to leave the business.  They were both issued trespass warnings and left the area without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – 105 N. Cooper St. (Collado Real Estate) – An officer located a set of keys.  The keys were submitted for safekeeping at NSBPD and a report was completed for documentation.

Cooper St. – The victim stated that an unknown male threatened her and broke a window on the front of her residence.  Information was collected and a report was completed.  The investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Domestic Disturbance – 905 Palmetto St. – An officer responded for a disturbance between family members.  After an investigation, it was determined that a crime did not occur.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespasser – 1700 S. Dixie Frwy. (Circle-K) – An officer responded for a male suspected of stealing from the business.  The manager asked to have the male issued a trespass warning.  The warning was issued and the male left the area without incident.
