SYNOPSIS:   Mentally Ill – 400 blk S Orange Av. W/M (transient) was taken into protective custody under Baker criteria and transported to Halifax Hospital. A complaint affidavit was forwarded to the State Attorney’s Office for resisting without violence against the subject as well.
