TIME OCCURRED:  1623

SYNOPSIS:   Recovered Missing Person – 117 Landis St. – Officers made contact with a missing person from another jurisdiction.  The person was removed from FCIC / NCIC as missing and a report was completed for documentation.                            

 

CASE NUMBER:  190500314

TIME OCCURRED:  1708

SYNOPSIS:  Trespasser – 147 Middle Way (38 Live Bait) – Officers made contact with a male causing a disturbance in the business.  The male was issued a trespass warning and left the area without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Domestic Disturbance – 185 Quay Assisi – Officers responded for a disturbance between a male and a female.  After an investigation, it was determined that a crime did not occur.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS: Trespassers – 1704 S. Dixie Frwy. (McDonald’s) – Officers responded for a male and a female refusing to leave the business.  They were both issued trespass warnings and left the area without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespassers – 811 S. Atlantic Av. (Coconut Palms) – Officers responded for a disturbance that occurred on the beach.  Two of the people involved also trespassed on the Coconut Palms property.  They were both issued trespass warnings and left the area without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespasser – 235 Canal St. (Corkscrew) – Officers responded for an elderly female refusing to pay her bill.  The business did not want to pursue criminal charges and asked to have her trespassed.  She was issued the trespass warning and left the area without incident.                                                        

 

CASE NUMBER:  190500319

TIME OCCURRED: 2343    

SYNOPSIS:  Assist Agency – 548 N. Myrtle Av. – Port Orange Police reported a vehicle was fleeing from them and the tires had been deflated by Stop Sticks.  The vehicle was located abandoned in the 500 block of N. Myrtle Av.  The driver could not be located.  Port Orange Police had the vehicle towed from the scene.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Lost Property – 162 N. Causeway (NSB Boat Ramps) – The reporting person stated that he lost his wallet in the parking lot.  Information was collected and a report was completed for documentation.
