SYNOPSIS:   Domestic Disturbance – 401 Bouchelle Dr. #201 – An officer made contact with a female who wanted to document a verbal disturbance between her and her ex-boyfriend.  An investigation determined that a crime did not occur.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS: Fraud – 723 Aldenwood Tr. – The victim stated that he transferred 5,000 to a person who said his grandson was arrested.  He later discovered this was a scam.  Information was collected and a report was completed.  The investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – 1507 Magnolia St. – Officers made contact with a male acting erratic.  After an investigation, the male was taken in to protective custody under Baker Act Criteria.  He was transported to Halifax Hospital without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 303 Washington St. – The reporting person stated that an unknown female entered her residence without permission.  After an investigation, the home owner did not want to pursue criminal charges, however Sheila Tucker, female, 38 years old, was placed under arrest for Loitering and Prowling.  She was transported to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Information Report – 2500 Block Selleck Av. – Officers responded for a male who made concerning statements to an ex-girlfriend.  After an investigation, the male in question did not meet any protective custody criteria.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 3000 S.R. 44 (Racetrac) – Officers responded for a fight between two males.  After an investigation, Christopher Ritchie, male, 30 years old, was placed under arrest for Simple Battery.  He was transported to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 3000 S.R. 44 (Racetrac) – The same male mentioned above, was also found to be in violation of his High Risk Sex Offender Probation curfew hours.  Christopher Ritchie, male, 30 years old, was arrested for the observed violation.  He was taken to the jail without incident.
