SYNOPSIS:   Felony Arrest – E. 3rd. Av. / S. Atlantic Av. – Officers responded for a hit and run vehicle accident involving injuries.  The at-fault vehicle was located and after an investigation, Davin Butikofer, male, 22 years old, was placed under arrest for Leaving the Scene of a Crash Involving Injury and Property Damage, DUI, DUI With Property Damage and DUI involving Bodily Injury to Another.  Luis Nieves, male, 28 years old, was also arrested and charged with Obstruction.  They were taken to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Vehicle Burglary – 4214 Sun Village Ct. – The victim stated that someone stole tools and medication from his vehicle during the evening.  Information was collected and a report was completed.  The investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 3104 Sundance Tr. – The victim stated that her neighbor entered her backyard and threw a chair at her.  After an investigation, Becky Clarke, female, 59 years old, was placed under arrest for Aggravated Battery.  She was transported to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS: Found Property – 807 Wayne Av. – An officer located a back pack and the owner could not be contacted.  The property was taken to NSBPD and submitted for safekeeping.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Battery – 3800 Saxon Dr. #79 – Officers responded for a disturbance between a male and a female.  The female fled the scene prior to the police being notified.  After an investigation, charges were filed against Jennifer Pridemore, female, 41 years old, for Simple Battery.
