that he was battered by a known male.
After an investigation, Lee Smith, male, 51 years old, was placed under
arrest for Simple Battery. He was
transported to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS: Traffic Stop – S.R. 44 / I-95 – An officer conducted a
traffic stop and discovered the vehicle was not registered and the driver had a
suspended license. The driver was issued
two criminal citations and the vehicle was towed from the scene. A report was completed for
documentation.
