has been observed disabled in the park for several days. Officers were unable to locate the owner at
this time and a red tag (24 hour notice) was placed on the vehicle.

Drive. An officer observed an
unregistered vehicle parked at the residence.
The officer was unable to make contact with the owner at this time and a
10 day notice was placed on the vehicle.
