SYNOPSIS:   Stolen Vehicle – 1701 S. Atlantic Av. (Sea Vista Motel) – The victim stated that two known males stole her vehicle.  Port Orange Police later located the vehicle and it fled from officers.  Both males were apprehended and Maxwell Lamb, male, 33 years old as well as Phillip Strawbridge, male, 34 years old, were placed under arrest for Grand Theft.  They were transported to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Traffic Stop – 2370 S.R. 44 (Verizon) – An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and discovered the driver did not have a valid license and the vehicle did not have a valid registration.  The driver was issued a criminal citation and the vehicle was towed.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Traffic Crash – Citron St. / Downing St. – Single vehicle struck a guard rail and telephone pole.  Moderate damages, minor injuries, one citation issued.

SYNOPSIS: Battery – 703 Washington St. – Officers responded for a disturbance between a male and a female.  The male involved left the scene prior to police arrival.  After an investigation charges were filed against James Torres, male, 43 years old, for Simple Battery.
