SYNOPSIS:   Felony Arrest – 727 Canal St. (AK Food Store) – During an argument a male stole items from a male known to him.  Moments later he fired a shot at the victim.  The 28 year old male, Startavious Antwan Tarpley was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault, Armed Burglary, Habitual Driving with a Suspended License, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
