SYNOPSIS: Larceny – 727 3rd Av (Beall’s). Victim advised that a known subject removed merchandise from the business without making payment. The suspect was later located and fled from police in a vehicle. He was identified and a charging affidavit was forwarded to the State Attorney’s Office for retail theft, aggravated assault and fleeing and eluding.
