SYNOPSIS:  Car Break (Transient) – 618 W. Canal St. (Ruthy’s Kozy Kitchen) – A female reported an unknown person entered her vehicle and stole her purse.  An investigation identified the suspect to be a 41 year old transient male, Jose Olivo, who was not located.  A charging affidavit was completed charging Jose Olivo with Burglary of a Conveyance (vehicle).

SYNOPSIS: Misdemeanor Arrest – 14207 Newport Sound Place – A female reported that she was battered by a male known to her.  Anthony Randall, a 40 year old male was arrested on charges of Battery and transported to jail.

SYNOPSIS:  Disturbance– 2659 Arlington Ave. – A female and male were involved in a verbal disturbance. The investigation revealed a crime did not occur.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 769 E. 3rd Ave. – An officer conducted a traffic stop and discovered the driver, a 43 year old female, Amy Hardman, was driving on a suspended license with two previous convictions. She was arrested on charges of Driving with a Suspended License 3rd Offense and transported to jail.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – N. Causeway and Riverside Dr. – An officer conducted a traffic stop on a reckless vehicle. The driver, 53 year old male John Galbreath, was arrested on charges of DUI and DUI refusal second offense.  The driver was transported to Advent Health for medical clearance and the transported to jail.
