SYNOPSIS:  Stolen Vehicle – 521 Flagler Avenue (Wild Side Clothing).  The reporting person advised an unknown person stole an unsecured golf cart sometime during the night.  Ongoing investigation.

SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – 1700 Block of S. Dixie Freeway.  While conducting a traffic, an officer located a container of THC oil.  The officer was unable to locate the owner, and it was placed into evidence at the police department for destruction.

SYNOPSIS: Burglary (Residence) – 207 Cedar Avenue.  The victim advised an unknown person entered his open garage and stole his bicycle.  Ongoing investigation.

SYNOPSIS:  Retail Theft – 1998 S.R. 44 (Bealls Outlet).  The reporting person advised that a known male entered the store and stole several pairs of shoes two days ago.  Officers were unable to locate the male and a complaint affidavit was completed.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 301 Milford Place.  A 24 year old male, Diamante Mitchell-Laflam, was placed under arrest for having an open warrant out of Volusia County for violation of probation.  He was transported to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 301 Milford Place.  A 24 year old male, Diamante Mitchell-Laflam, was placed under arrest for possession of cocaine, and concentrated THC.  He was transported to the jail without incident.

Dixie Freeway (Budget Rental).  The reporting person advised a known male rented a truck over a month ago and has failed to return it.  The business has not been able to reach the male, and it has been several weeks.  The vehicle was entered as stolen in NCIC/FCIC, and a complaint affidavit was completed on the male.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 314 S. Orange Street #A.  A 25 year old female, Annette Johnson, was placed under arrest for having an open warrant out of Volusia County for violation of probation. She was transported to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Civil Citation – 301 S. Myrtle Avenue.   A juvenile was found to be driving under the influence and issued a civil citation for the offense.  The juvenile was later released to her parents.

SYNOPSIS:  Information – 2101 Waterford Estates Drive.  The reporting person advised an unknown person drove a boat into his dock causing damage on a private lake.  No other information known.  Report taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Stalking – 1324 S.R. 44 (Sudz Up Car Wash).  The victim advised a known male left items on her vehicle.  The same male has done similar things in the past and was advised by police to stop.  A complaint affidavit was completed for stalking on the male.
