SYNOPSIS:   Trespasser – 309 Buenos Aires St. (Toni & Joes) – Officers responded for a male being rude to patrons.  The male in question was issued a trespass warning and left the area without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespasser – 203 S. Atlantic Av. (Crow’s Nest) – Officers responded for a male causing a disturbance at the business.  The male was issued a trespass warning and left the area without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Theft – 618 S. Pine St. – The victim stated that someone stole her unsecured bicycle from her front yard.  Information was collected and a report was completed.  The investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Information – 3100 Block S.R. 44 – An officer made contact with a male who asked to be transported to Halifax Hospital to have his mental health evaluated.  The male was transported without incident.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  City Ordinance Violation – N. Causeway / Barracuda Blvd. – An officer conducted a traffic stop and discovered a small amount of cannabis inside the vehicle.  The owner of the cannabis, Jose Deza, male, 29 years old, was issued a City Ordinance Violation for the contraband and released from the scene.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 505 Mill Run Dr. – Officers responded for a disturbance between a male and a female.  After an investigation, Danielle Denlinger, female, 38 years old, was placed under arrest for Simple Battery.  She was taken to the jail without incident.
