SYNOPSIS:   Misdemeanor Arrest – 3401 S. Atlantic Av. (Chases on the Beach) – Officers responded for a fight between a male and a female.  After an investigation, Troy Kesterson, male, 53 years old, was placed under arrest for Simple Battery and Possession of Cannabis under 20 grams.  He was transported to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespasser – 300 Boatyard St. (Outriggers) – Officers responded for a male causing a disturbance in the bar.  The male was issued a trespass warning and left the area without incident.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Vehicle Accident – 518 Flagler Av. (Breakers) – Two vehicles, minor damages, no injuries, hit and run.  Possible suspect information was obtained.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespasser (Transient) – 348 Palm St. – The resident stated that a male would not leave when requested.  The male was issued a trespass warning and left the area without incident.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 122 Mangrove Estates Cir. – Officers made contact with a juvenile male acting suspicious in the area.  After an investigation, the juvenile was placed under arrest for Loitering and Prowling and Providing a False Name to Law Enforcement.  He was later released in to the custody of his parent.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 325 Tosca St. – Officers responded for a disturbance between a male and a female.  After an investigation, Elizabeth Drefke, female, 45 years old, was placed under arrest for Simple Battery.  She was taken to the jail without incident.

(7-Eleven) – A male who was issued a trespass warning from the business last night, returned.  Officers made contact with the male and Jose Olivo, male, 41 years old, was placed under arrest for Trespass After Warning.  He was taken to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – Lymestone Ct. – Officers responded for a male acting erratically.  After an investigation, the male was taken in to protective custody under Baker Act Criteria.  He was transported to Halifax Hospital without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Battery – 600 Skyline Dr. – An officer responded for a disturbance between a male and a female that happened earlier in the evening.  After an investigation, charges were filed against Joshua Moser, male, 33 years old, for Simple Battery.
