SYNOPSIS:  Trespassers – 300 Boatyard St. (Outriggers) – Officers responded in reference to two customers being disruptive.  At the request of the business, both subjects were issued trespass warnings and left the scene.  A report was completed for documentation.

(Publix) – The reporting person located a check on the ground in the business.  The owner could not be contacted and the check was submitted for safekeeping at the police department.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Information – 1015 10th St. (New Smyrna High School) – A tip was received expressing concern for a high school student seen on the internet playing with a rifle.  The juvenile was located and the firearm was confirmed to be a plastic pellet gun.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 414 Flagler Av. (Flagler Tavern) – Officers responded for a male and a female fighting employees at the business.  After an investigation, Aline Rodrigues, female, 29 years old, was arrested for Simple Battery.  Charges were also files against Michael Brinegar, male, 57 years old for Simple Battery.  Rodrigues was transported to the jail without incident.
