SYNOPSIS: Misdemeanor Arrest – 414 Flagler Av. (Flagler Tavern) – Officers
responded for a male and a female fighting employees at the business. After an investigation, Aline Rodrigues,
female, 29 years old, was arrested for Simple Battery. Charges were also files against Michael
Brinegar, male, 57 years old for Simple Battery. Rodrigues was transported to the jail without
incident.
