SYNOPSIS:   Domestic Disturbance – 614 Goodwin Avenue – Officer’s responded to a male reporting that his girlfriend was breaking items inside his house.  The investigation revealed that no physical altercation took place and the female did not live at the residence.  The parties were separated and a report was completed to document the incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Vandalism – 600 South Myrtle Avenue – Officers responded to a report of someone putting sugar in the gas tank of the victim’s vehicle.  Possible suspect information obtained and the investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespasser – 100 North Atlantic Avenue (7-Eleven) – Officers responded to a possible shoplifter.  The investigation revealed only minor items were taken and the business did not wish to pursue criminal charges.  The business representative wanted the suspect issued a trespass warning.  Report completed to document the incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – 201 South Riverside Drive (Riverside Manatee Park) – An officer responded to a report of pills being found in the parking lot of the park.  The pills were seized and submitted into evidence to be destroyed.  A report was completed to document the incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Warrant Arrest – 412 Palmetto Street – Officers responded to a female stating she was in need of medication.  The investigation revealed that the female, Susan Trimbath, 62 years old, had and was arrested for an open/active misdemeanor warrant.  The warrant was for Failure to Appear for Theft.  She was later transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail.
