SYNOPSIS:   Misdemeanor Arrest – 1100 Loch Laggan Court – Officers responded for a disturbance between father and son.  After the investigation, David C. Rose, 45 year old male, was arrested for Domestic Battery and transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 201 South Peninsula Avenue – Officers responded for a male trespassing on church property.  After the investigation, Christopher C. Hall (Transient), 47 year old male, was arrested for Trespass after Warning and Disorderly Conduct.  He was transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail.

Benitez, 19 year old male, was arrested for Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Paraphernalia.  He was later transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail.

SYNOPSIS:  Warrant Arrest – South Dixie Freeway/Downing Street – Officers responded to a disturbance between two males.  After the investigation, Robert C. Thompson, 35 year old male, was arrested for an open/active misdemeanor warrant.  The warrant was for Failure to Appear for Possession of Cannabis.  He was later transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail.
