SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 2600 North Dixie Freeway (Circle K).  A 47 year old male, Terry Adkins, was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was transported to Jail

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest (warrant) – 2600 North Dixie Freeway (Circle K).  A 47 year old male, Terry Adkins, was taken into custody for an active Volusia Sheriff’s Office Warrant for failure to appear.  He was transported to Jail.

SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – 2600 North Dixie Freeway (Circle K).  Suspected narcotics were found at the location.  They were submitted for destruction.

SYNOPSIS:  Information – Saxon Dr/E 12th Av.  A citizen reported a possible helicopter crash in the area.  Officers along with members of the fire department and VSO Air One searched the area.  During the course of the investigation, it was determined that the helicopter did not crash.  Report created to document the incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Traffic Stop – Flagler Av/S Peninsula Av.  An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an observed violation.   During the course of the stop, it was revealed that the driver did not have a valid license and the vehicle had a seize tag order attached.  The driver was issued two criminal citations and the vehicle was removed from the scene by rotation wrecker service.
