SYNOPSIS:  Disturbance (Domestic) – 215 Ronnoc Lane #1E.  A male and female were involved in a verbal argument.  There was no violence or threat of violence and a report was taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:   Trespass Warning – 210 Magnolia Street.  A male was issued a trespass warning at the request of the business.

SYNOPSIS:  Information – 1200 S. Myrtle Avenue (New Smyrna Beach Middle School).  Report taken to document a bullying issue at the school between two girls.  No crime was committed and the reporting person was advised to contact the school for assistance.

SYNOPSIS:  Open Door – 4395 Pennsylvania Avenue.  Officers responded to an alarm call at the residence, and discovered an open door.  The residence was checked and everything appeared in order.  The house was secured and a report was taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Disturbance (Disturbance) – 1842 S.R. 44 (McDonalds). A male and female were involved in a verbal argument.  There was no violence or threat of violence, and a report was taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Information Report – 4181 Saxon Drive.  The reporting person advised that he purchased a vehicle from another state via EBay, and was not provided with the proper paperwork.  No crime was committed and report taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Theft – 2051 Pioneer Trail #186.  The victim advised she left her iPad to be repaired by a known male.  At this time the male has not returned it and refuses to answer her phone calls.  Ongoing investigation.

SYNOPSIS:  Traffic Crash – 1417 S. Dixie Freeway (Dollar General).  Two vehicles, minor damage, no injuries, and one citation issued.

SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – 709 E. 3rd Avenue (Publix).  The reporting person advised that he located some money and an iPad in the store.  The officer was unable to locate the owner at this time and it was placed into evidence for safekeeping.
