Misdemeanor Arrest – 100 S. Pine St. (NSB Shuffleboard Courts) – Officers
responded for a hit and run motor vehicle accident. After an investigation, the driver of the
at-fault vehicle was located and James Newell, male, 45 years old, was placed
under arrest for Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Property
Damage. He was taken to the Jail without
incident.

An officer conducted a traffic stop and a search of the vehicle revealed
narcotics and narcotics paraphernalia.
Randall Tomlinson, male, 21 years old, was placed under arrest for
Possession of Schedule II and IV Narcotics and Drug Paraphernalia. He was transported to the Jail without
incident.
