SYNOPSIS:   Trespass Warning (Transient) – 162 N. Causeway (New Smyrna Boat Ramp).  A female was located sleeping in the park, and issued a trespass warning.

SYNOPSIS:   Misdemeanor Arrest – S.R. 44/Old Mission Road.  A 32 year old male, Charlen Johnson, was placed under arrest for resisting an officer without violence, providing a false name to an officer, and possession of marijuana.  He was transported to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Vandalism – 357 Otter Blvd (Holland Park).  The reporting person advised that an unknown person broke the lock cover to the public bathroom at the park.  Ongoing investigation.

SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – Wayne Avenue/Pine Shores Circle.  The reporting person advised that he found a set of keys while walking near the intersection.  The officer was unable to locate the owner and the keys were placed into evidence at the police department for safekeeping.

SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – 246 Industrial Park Avenue.  An unknown reporting person dropped off a debit card and driver’s license to the records department and immediately left.  The officer made several attempts to contact locate the owner, but was unsuccessful.  The property was placed into evidence at the police department for safekeeping.
