SYNOPSIS: Warrant (Arrest) – S. Riverside Dr. / Lytle Ave. Contact was made with a 25yoa male, Vincent Hughes, during a traffic stop. Check revealed Mr. Hughes had an open felony warrant out of Lake County reference Sexual Battery. Mr. Hughes was subsequently transported to the VCBJ.
