SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – 709 E. 3rd Avenue (Publix).  The reporting person located a small amount of money while in the business.   The officer was unable to locate the owner and the money was placed into evidence for safekeeping.

SYNOPSIS:   Trespass Warning – 512 Flagler Avenue (Springhill Suites).  A male was issued a   trespass warning at the request of management.

SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – 425 S. Atlantic Avenue (Atlantic Plaza Hotel).  A female was observed acting erratically, hallucinating, and being a danger to herself.  The female was placed into protective custody (Baker Act), and transported to the Stewart Marchman without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 907 Cherry Street.  A 25 year old female, Jamie McRae, was placed under arrest for having an open warrant out of Volusia County for Fraud. She was transported to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Aggravated Assault – 409 N. Duss Street.  The victim advised an unknown male threaten him with a hand gun during an altercation.   The male left the scene before officers arrived, and the investigation is ongoing.
