SYNOPSIS: Retail Theft – 3155 SR44 (Walmart).  A female did not pay for several items at a self-checkout and tried to exit the store without paying for the items. Charges were filed on the female.

SYNOPSIS:  Domestic Disturbance – 650 South Pine Street.  A male and female were involved in a verbal argument.  No violence or threat of violence occurred and a report was taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS: Found Property – 421 Flagler Avenue.  A key fob was found on the sidewalk by a person.  The person turned the key fob over to the New Smyrna Beach PD where it was submitted for safekeeping.

SYNOPSIS:  Aggravated Battery (Domestic) – 302 Washington Street.  The two victims advised that a known male hit them in the face with a closed fist causing lacerations to their faces.  The male fled on foot but was later arrested and transported to the Volusia County Jail without incident.
