SYNOPSIS:   City Ordinance Violation – 431 Luna Bella Ln. – An officer observed an unregistered vehicle parked in the area.  As the vehicle was in violation, a 10 Day Notice was placed on the window.  The vehicle will be checked in 10 days to verify if it has been registered.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – N. Airport Rd. / Luna Bella Ln. – Officers responded for a hit and run accident involving a pedestrian.  The suspect vehicle was located and Samantha Adams, female, 22 years old, was placed under arrest for Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Injury.  She was transported to the Jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Vehicle Accident – Wayne Av. / Halleck St. – Two vehicles, hit and run, minor damages, no injuries.

SYNOPSIS:   Misdemeanor Arrest – 1100 Block S. Orange St. – Officers responded for a disturbance between a mother and daughter.  After an investigation, the juvenile involved was placed under arrest for Simple Battery.  She was later transported to the Department of Juvenile Justice without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Theft – 1402 Southard Av. – The victim stated that her garbage can was stolen from the front of her residence.  Information was collected and a report was completed.  The investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Vehicle Accident – 3100 Block S.R. 44 – A single vehicle struck a telephone pole.  The driver left the scene, however he was located and issued a citation for Leaving the Scene of an Accident.

SYNOPSIS:  Battery – 979 B St. – The victim stated that a known male battered her earlier in the evening.  After an investigation, charges were filed against Jeremiah Adams, male, 32 years old, for Simple Battery, Grand Theft and Depriving the use of 911.

SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – 1700 Block S.R. 44 – Officers made contact with a male who stated he was having thoughts of harming himself and wanted help.  The male was transported to the ACT Corporation without incident.
