SYNOPSIS:   Fraud – 1812 Beacon Street.  Victim advised that she has several fraudulent charges on her credit card within the City of New Smyrna Beach.  The victim was able to provide a possible suspect.  Ongoing investigation.

SYNOPSIS:  Stolen Vehicle – 2700 N. Peninsula Avenue. Victim advised that an unknown person stole his unsecured golf cart sometime during the night. The golf cart was located abandoned nearby.  Ongoing investigation.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 411 Esther Street.  29 year old female, Jenna Defalco, placed under arrest for burglary, and resisting without violence.  She was transported to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – 300 Block of Rush Street.  Officers observed the female acting erratically and making suicidal statements.  She was taken into protective custody (Baker Act) and transported to Halifax Hospital by EVAC.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 411 Esther Street.  29 year old female, Jenna Defalco, placed under arrest for violation of probation (new law violation).  She was transported to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Suspicious Incident – 823 S. Cooper Street.  Reporting person advised that she located a bicycle in her garage that is not hers, and was not there yesterday.  No crime was committed and report taken for documentation.
