SYNOPSIS:   Trespass Warning – 508 Old Minorcan Trail.  A male was issued a trespass warning at the request of the homeowner.

SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – 1401 S. Atlantic Avenue (Best Western).  An employee located several different types of drugs while cleaning the room.  Officers took custody of the drugs and placed them into evidence at the police department for destruction.

SYNOPSIS:  Theft – 4091 Hill Street.  The victim advised that over the weekend an unknown person stole several items from her front yard.  Ongoing investigation.

SYNOPSIS:  Burglary (Vehicle) – 531 Aeolian Drive.  The victim advised that while reviewing her surveillance video she observed an unknown male attempting to enter her locked vehicles.  Ongoing investigation.

SYNOPSIS:  Dead Person (Natural) – 1800 Block of Enterprise Avenue.  An elderly female was located deceased in her residence by a friend.  Nothing suspicious was observed on scene, and it appeared natural.  Report taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Vandalism – 101 Buenos Aires Street (Flagler Parking Lot).  The reporting person advised that an unknown person damaged parking kiosk sometime over the weekend.  Ongoing investigation.

SYNOPSIS:  Theft – 1100 N. Dixie Freeway #2.  The victim advised that an unknown person stole two cell phones from his residence.  The victim was able to provide a possible suspect.  Ongoing investigation.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 2818 Nordman Avenue.  A 22 year old female, Jawaher Mohammed, was placed under arrest for child neglect, and arson.  She was transported to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Suspicious Incident – 1942 S.R. 44 (Publix Liquors).  Report taken to document a male who entered the store acting very strange, and asked the clerk several questions about security.

SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – 2500 Block of Nordman Avenue.  A male was observed making suicidal statements and was placed into protective custody (Baker Act).  He was transported to Halifax Medical Center without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Traffic Crash – 1015 10th Street (New Smyrna Beach High School).  Two vehicles, minor damage, no injuries, and one citation issued.
