SYNOPSIS: Battery – 100 North Atlantic Avenue (7-11) – A male caused a disturbance at the store and battered the store clerk. The male was injured during the altercation and required medical attention.  He was transported to the hospital by a family member and admitted.  A Charging Affidavit was completed charging the male with Battery and Disorderly Conduct.
