SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 10th Street and Myrtle Avenue – A 76 year old male, Ignacio R.  Bucio, was arrested for Driving while Under the Influence during a Crash with Property damage, and Child abuse.  He was transported to jail.

SYNOPSIS: Baker Act – 700 block of North Dixie Freeway – A male overdosed and was transported to Advent Health by EVAC.  He was alert and conscious when transported. Report completed to document the incident.


CASE NUMBER:  201000007


SYNOPSIS:  Information – 2810 block of South Atlantic Avenue (Ocean View Nursing Home) – The nursing home reported an incident in which an employee accidentally touched a patient in a way that made the patient uncomfortable.  The Department of Children and Families were also notified per nursing home protocol. No crime occurred. This report was completed to document the incident.
