SYNOPSIS:   Trespassers – 1998 S.R. 44 (Bealls Outlet) – The reporting person stated a male was in the business that has stolen from them in the past.  The male was issued a trespass warning and left the business without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Vehicle Accident – 1889 S.R. 44 (Half Wall) – Two vehicles, minor damages, no injuries.

SYNOPSIS:  Warrant Arrest – N. Glencoe Rd. / S.R. 44 – An officer conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver who had an active warrant for his arrest, for Disorderly Conduct.  The warrant was confirmed and Lionel Warren, male, 35 years old, was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 1838 S. Ridgewood Av. Edgewater – An officer responded for a battery that occurred within the City.  After an investigation, Ronald Safchick, male, 68 years old, was placed under arrest for Simple Battery.  He was transported to the Jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Battery – 317 Flagler Av. (Traders Bar) – The reporting party stated that a known male battered her.  After an investigation, charges were filed against Dennis Petrosino, male, 52 years old for Battery.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 1842 S.R. 44 (McDonald’s) – Officers responded for a fight between two females.  After an investigation, Maria Cervantes, female, 25 years old, was placed under arrest for Simple Battery.  She was taken to the Jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Domestic Disturbance – 1401 S. Atlantic Av. (Best Western) – Officers responded for a disturbance between a male and a female.  After an investigation, it was determined that a crime was not committed.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespasser – 193 N. Causeway (Merk’s) – Officers responded for a male causing a disturbance.  Contact was made with the male and he was issued a trespass warning from the business.  He left the area without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 1780 S.R. 44 (WaWa) – Officers responded for a male wearing a mask in the parking lot harassing customers.  Contact was made with the male and it was discovered he had an active warrant for his arrest for Violating Pretrial Release Conditions.  James Hughes (Transient), male, 38 years old, was placed under arrest for the warrant and issued a trespass warning from the business.  He was taken to the jail without incident.
