SYNOPSIS:   Vehicle Accident – 1800 S.R. 44 (Walgreens) – Single vehicle struck a pole in the parking lot.  No injuries, minor damages.

SYNOPSIS:  Civil Complaint – 811 Hamilton St. – The reporting person stated that her vehicle was repossessed and the company that took it, damaged her driveway.  Information was collected and a report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Suspicious Incident – 2900 Block Taton Trace – The reporting person stated that an unknown male signaled her daughter toward his vehicle last Wednesday.  Information was collected and a report was completed.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespassers – 1701 S. Atlantic Av. (Sea Vista Motel) – Officers responded for a disturbance between two males.  One of the males involved was issued a Trespass Warning and left the area without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Vehicle Accident – N. Pine St. / Flagler Av. – Two vehicles, minor damages, no injuries.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 3000 Block S.R. 44 – Officers responded for a vehicle accident involving two vehicles.  After an investigation, the at-fault driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol.  John Finch, male, 29 years old, was placed under arrest for DUI and DUI with Property Damage.  He was taken to the Jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespassers – 3155 S.R. 44 (Walmart) – Officers responded for a male causing a disturbance in the business.  The male was issued a Trespass Warning and left the business without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – 100 Block Landis St. – Officers responded for a female threatening to harm herself.  After an investigation, the female in question was taken in to protective custody under Baker Act Criteria.  She was transported to Halifax Hospital without incident.
