Av. (The Little Theatre) – The victim stated that someone broke the window to
her vehicle and stole a book bag.

SYNOPSIS: Mentally Ill Person – S. Dixie Frwy. / Smith St. – Officers
made contact with a male throwing objects in the road at passing vehicles. After an investigation, the male was taken in
to protective custody under Baker Act Criteria.
He was transported to Halifax Hospital without incident.

a disturbance between a male and a female.
After an investigation, William Potts, male, 32 years old, was placed
under arrest for Simple Battery, False Imprisonment, Preventing Use of 911 and a
Writ of Bodily Attachment for Failing to Pay Child Support. He was transported to the Jail without incident.
