SYNOPSIS: Mentally Ill Person – 246 Industrial Park Avenue (New Smyrna Beach Police Department).  A female entered the lobby of the police department acting erratically and harming herself.  She was taken into protective custody (Baker Act) and transported to Halifax Medical Center without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – 4100 Block of S. Atlantic Avenue.  A female attempted to harm herself by taking a large amount of medication.  The female was placed into protective custody (Baker Act) and transported to Halifax Medical Center by EVAC.

SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – Saxon Drive/E 20th Avenue.  The reporting person advised he found money while walking in the area of the intersection.  Officers were unable to locate the owner and the money was placed into evidence for safekeeping.

SYNOPSIS:  Retail Theft – 3155 S.R. 44 (Walmart).  The reporting person advised he observed two males steal several items from the store.  The males were later identified and a complaint affidavit was completed.
