SYNOPSIS: Found Property – Magnolia St/Lytle Av – While on patrol an officer found narcotics on the sidewalk.  The narcotics were seized and submitted into property at the New Smyrna Beach Police Department.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 405 N Orange St (Garrett Motors) – Officers responded to the location in reference to a male loitering on the property.  After an investigation, a 24 year old male, Hunter M. Gilbert, was placed under arrest for Loitering and Prowling.  He was transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail.
