SYNOPSIS:   Loitering and Prowling – Glenwood Avenue/Willard Street – While searching the area for the suspects from the above listed car break, officers located a juvenile in the area.  After the investigation, the juvenile was issued a civil citation for Loitering and Prowling, Possession of Alcohol by a Minor, and Possession of Paraphernalia.  The juvenile was released to a parent from the scene.
