SYNOPSIS: Police Assist Other Agency – 401
Palmetto Street (Advent Health). Officers
responded to the hospital for a person shot.
After further investigation it was determine the shooting occurred in
Daytona Beach. The investigation was
turned over to the Daytona Beach Police Department and a report was taken for
documentation.

SYNOPSIS: Felony Arrest – 900 Block of Claudia Street. A 20 year old male, Jeremy Leister, was placed
under arrest for having open warrants out of Volusia County for battery on a
law enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence. He was transported to the jail without
incident.
