SYNOPSIS: Vandalism – 1375 Pioneer Trail (Pioneer Self Storage).  The reporting person advised an unknown person damage the security fence sometime overnight. Ongoing investigation.

SYNOPSIS:  Animal Bite – 26 Cunningham Drive.  The reporting person advised her dog bite her yesterday while playing in her backyard.  Report taken for documentation and Animal Control will follow up with the case.

SYNOPSIS:  Information – 434 Luna Bella Lane #116.  The reporting person advised an unknown person altered a check she had written, in an attempt to get more money.  The reporting person could not advise who the check was initially written to, or where they attempted to cash the check. Report taken for documentation until more information is known.

SYNOPSIS:  Traffic Crash – 713 Jane Avenue.  Two vehicles, minor damage, no injuries, and no citations issued.

SYNOPSIS:  Theft – 1780 S.R. 44 (Wawa).  The victim advised he accidentally dropped his wallet in the parking lot of the business, and he is unable to locate it.  The surveillance video shows an unknown male pick the wallet up and leave the business without trying to find the owner.  The victim did not want to press charges and a report was taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 721 Francis Avenue.  A 47 year old male, John Fox, was placed under arrest for having an open warrant out of Volusia County for Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer.  He was transported to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – Skyline Drive/N. Dixie Freeway. The reporting person advised he located a wallet near the intersection.  The officer was unable to locate the owner at this time, and the wallet was placed into evidence at the police department for safekeeping.
