victim stated that an unknown person broke in to his residence, however nothing

responded for two males refusing to leave the business. They were both issued trespass warnings and

Mentally Ill Person – 1100 Block N. Dixie Frwy. – An officer made
contact with a male who made a suicidal statement. After an investigation, the male was taken in
to protective custody under Baker Act Criteria.
He was transported to Halifax Hospital without incident.

on the ground. The property was
submitted at NSBPD for safekeeping. A

SYNOPSIS: Felony Arrest – 2121 Waterford Estates – The victim
stated that a male threatened him with a knife.
After an investigation, the suspect was identified and Ryan Morgan,
male, 19 years old, was placed under arrest for Aggravated Assault. He was taken to the jail without
incident.

vehicle lost control and struck a telephone pole. Moderate damages, minor injury, one citation

incident.
