SYNOPSIS:   Vehicle Accident – 3300 Block S.R. 44 – Two vehicles, moderate damages, minor injuries, one citation issued.

SYNOPSIS:  Domestic Disturbance – 26108 Newport Sound Place – Officers responded for a disturbance between a mother and her son.  After an investigation, it was determined that a crime did not occur.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Information – 3100 Block S.R. 44 – Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a tag reported as stolen from Connecticut.  After an investigation, it was determined the tag was not stolen and was entered incorrectly as stolen in Connecticut.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespassers – 1780 S.R. 44 (WaWa) – Officers responded for two males causing a disturbance at the business.  The males were issued trespass warnings and left the area without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Domestic Disturbance – 709 Edward St. – Officers responded for a disturbance between a male and a female.  After an investigation it was determined that a crime did not occur.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 3000 S.R. 44 (Racetrac) – Officers responded for a male causing a disturbance at the business.  The male was found to be in possession of Schedule IV medication without a prescription.  William Easterwood, male, 65 years old, was placed under arrest for the narcotics and taken to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest (Transient) – 502 S. Riverside Dr. – The victim stated that she discovered someone in her residence who then fled.  Officers were able to apprehend the suspect and after an investigation, Coty Golding, male, 22 years old, was placed under arrest for Burglary.  He was taken to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Suspicious Incident – 824 Evergreen St. – Officers responded for an intoxicated female who claimed she might have been victimized but was not certain.  Information was collected and the investigation is ongoing.
