stated that a known male choked her and damaged her clothing before leaving the

herself earlier in the day. The female

stopped a female for a bicycle violation and during a search of her person
located Methamphetamine and Paraphernalia.
Micah Flaniken, female, 39 years old, was placed under arrest for
possession of the contraband and transported to the jail without incident.
