SYNOPSIS:
Misdemeanor Arrest – 4198 S. Atlantic Av. (Touch of Italy) – An officer
observed an occupied vehicle crashed in the median in the parking lot. After an investigation, Donna Harbour,
female, 65 years old, was placed under arrest for DUI and DUI with Property
Damage. She was taken to the jail
without incident.
