complaint affidavit was completed on two juveniles who were sending threatening
text messages to another student.

Misdemeanor Arrest – 1780 S.R. 44 (Wawa). A 76 year old male, Charles Bailey, was
placed under arrest for having an open warrant out of Volusia County for
